Jane is here! Huzzah! Huzzah! She got in yesterday afternoon, and it is wonderful to see her. We got up early and made strong Queen Anne's blend coffee and a cinnamon streusel coffee cake and scrambled eggs (Jane made both) and all three of us had a Christmas breakfast together. Last night (as long as I'm on food) we all gorged on nachos. I can't remember being that full in recent history! Sophie's hat turned out so big that we felted it in the washer and it turned out great! I was afraid I was going to have to knit another hat. Started Marian's glamorous blue-and-white hat today and worked on Whitney's scarf. Jane is going to make herself a hat in the same yarn and pattern as Whit's scarf--cool! We went to the store today and bought more gorgeous merino wool today.
Jane got us a DVD of Celtic Woman and she and Wayne are downstairs watching it now. Think I'll take Marian's pretty little hat and go sit in front of the TV. Later, dear spinners and family!

Glad to see you online! I keep up with Whit through her blog and always feel a little closer to her and the kiddos. It's been so long. I'm glad to be able to read your blog. I can almost hear your voice in the words and enjoy hearing about Wayne and Jane! Glad to hear everyone's doing well. Tell Jane hello for me.
