Time Changes Life

My daily schedule has changed due to difficulties with diabetes, and my usual posting time (now--about 2:00 a.m.) has been changed to sleeping time, with "no computer stuff at bedtime." I still haven't found a good time during the day to blog, so this will probably be erratic until I do.

Just for tonight I'm cheating.

On Saturday last, Jacque and I drove down to Alice Mattson's Reflection Farm in Eatonville to pick up the piece I needed for the old Ashford and to spend money. Alice's area group of Northwest Regional Spinners Association (NwRSA) meets every second Saturday at her shop and we just happened to intrude on their monthly potluck right after lunchtime and get fed while we were there! Hospitable people, spinners, and good cooks to boot!

I was hoping Dawn would have my fiber scoured and carded so I wouldn't have to make the trip again later in the month, but no word from her yet. I left Xaviar's big silver soft Romney fleece with her last time, along with a white Romeldale and a "too fine for Romney" Romney as well. I have plenty of other stuff to card at home; I just want to spin this stuff!

Off to bed. Wayne will wake me up at 7:00, so there's no more time to sit up blogging. More later.
